FAQ Div

Q. What safety materials are required by law to be posted?
A.
Posters required to be posted in a conspicuous place on a worksite are included with the "Poster Pack" new policyholders receive. The required materials are:

• Notice to Employees re:

Arizona Workers' Compensation Law (the red poster)
• Work Exposure to Bodily Fluids (the blue poster)
• Work Exposure to Bodily Fluids - Spanish (also blue)

Required forms an employer must have available include "Report Significant Exposure to Bodily Fluids" and the "Rejection/Revocation of Workers' Compensation Insurance." The rejection/revocation form is not available online due to legal constraints. Please contact your loss control representative for copies of the form.

FAQ Div

Q. What happens if there is an accident in my workplace?
A.
All studies have shown that the sooner injured workers can get back on the job, the better their recovery process. At SCF we're committed to helping injured workers get the treatment they need so they can return to work as quickly and safely as possible. We work closely with employers, injured workers and the healthcare providers to make the process as streamlined as possible. SCF recognizes that providers who specialize in treating workers' compensation injuries help all parties in the process, so we encourage policyholders to work with our Preferred Connection Network.
