Medical Benefits and Peace of Mind
Once your claim has been accepted, SCF Arizona
will pay for all reasonable and necessary medical
care for a work injury or occupational illness.
Medically necessary costs may include: doctor bills,
lab fees, crutches or other necessary equipment,
prescriptions and physical therapy. (Some medically
necessary treatments such as hospitalization or
surgery require pre-authorization. You should
contact your claims adjuster if your physician has
made a surgical recommendation.)
