Certificates of Insurance

SCF Arizona policyholders can use our self-directed process to issue certificates of workers’ compensation insurance. This service is available from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m., Monday through Friday.
If you have previously obtained certificates online, your username (first six digits of your policy number) and password (seven characters) will remain the same.
If you have not previously obtained certificates online e-mail WebCerts@scfaz.com and provide us with your business name, policy number, company e-mail address, phone number and a preferred password. This password must contain seven characters with a minimum of one uppercase letter and one numeric character. Your login information will be returned to your e-mail address.
Trouble logging in?
The system will allow three attempts to log in. After the third try you will receive a message that you have exceeded login attempts. If this occurs, please email WebCerts@scfaz.com and your account will be reset.
Forgot your password?
Enter your username (first six digits of policy number) and click on “Forgot your Password?” The system will display the username and an area to enter your e-mail address. You will receive a new password via e-mail within a few minutes.
